Appointment Setting Consultant

Our Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, and are creating memorable first impressions, guiding our customers on their journey to better hearing.

 

About the role:

 

As a Contact Care Consultant, you'll be contacting existing customers to arrange appointments to come into our clinic for free hearing checks. It's a busy role in a people focused environment where you're well supported by the team around you and by your team leader.

 

  • Outbound calling with a targetted number of dials an hour with the aim of booking 18+ appointments per day.
  • We prioritise customer care and service when calling, there's very little objection handling.
  • Verifying customers information, handling voicemail and email enquiries, and meeting daily and monthly KPIs that are based on volume of dials made and the number of appointments you set.
  • A permanent role, 40 hours per week within our Contact Centre's operating times.
  • Flexible shifts, you decide between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.

  • You are systems savvy and pick up systems quickly.
