About the job

 

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping the future of hearing care?

 

As a Business Improvement Specialist at Triton Hearing, you’ll play a key role in enhancing processes, driving continuous improvement, and implementing change initiatives that improve business performance and client outcomes.

 

  • Collaborate with leadership teams and the wider business to identify and address continuous improvement opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using data analysis and industry insights
  • Design and lead change management initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and the adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Work closely with leaders to support employees through change, ensuring seamless transitions and positive engagement 
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed standardised processes and ensure consistent application across all clinics
  • Support business insights and reporting to guide decision-making and performance improvements.

About you

 

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and change management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels to drive meaningful business outcomes.

 

You bring:

  • Ability to understand business strategy and identify improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in process and continuous improvement 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership teams
  • Strong change management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and embedding change initiatives
  • Experience managing projects and initiatives with organisation-wide impact
  • A consultative approach and a drive to make a difference.
