About the Role

 

In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape and execute strategies that drive sustainable market growth, revenue performance, and profitability for Triton Hearing - ultimately contributing to increased shareholder value. As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will oversee the commercial success of our hearing clinics across Northland, Auckland, and the Waikato.

 

You will lead, motivate, and empower clinic teams to achieve revenue goals, deliver outstanding client experiences, and cultivate a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.

 

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Director, you will provide strong, engaging leadership across a large and geographically diverse region. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving consistent performance throughout the North region.

 

About You

 

You are a seasoned, results‑oriented leader with a strong commercial mindset. You excel in fast‑paced environments where you can inspire confidence, build trust, and champion operational excellence.

 

You will bring:

 

  •  Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams,  ideally within a retail healthcare environment
  • A strong customer and commercial focus, with a history of consistently achieving or surpassing business targets
  • A calm, pragmatic leadership style and a genuine commitment to cross‑functional collaboration
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • A consultative, strategic approach to driving business growth and enhancing operational performance
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to make timely, well‑informed decisions

 

Being with your teams in clinic will be key to your success.  Based in either Auckland or the Waikato, this is a field-based role with regular travel commitment throughout the region.
