Formando parte del equipo de Atención al Cliente, serás el punto de contacto clave para nuestros clientes, gestionando sus necesidades de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía y colaborando estrechamente con diferentes áreas internas. A cambio de tu orientación al cliente, habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de organización, encontrarás un entorno colaborativo que impulsa tu desarrollo profesional y la excelencia en el servicio.

 

More about the role

 

  • Atención telefónica para consultas, reclamaciones, incidencias y pedidos.
  • Gestión y procesamiento de abonos administrativos en el sistema.
  • Resolución de incidencias en coordinación con otros departamentos (logística, comercial, order entry, entre otros).
  • Soporte a los delegados comerciales en la gestión con clientes y coordinación de envíos de material.
  • Registro, seguimiento y resolución de incidencias en CRM (Salesforce), contribuyendo a la mejora continua.

 

More about you

 

  • Formación media o superior en Administración Comercial o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones administrativas generalistas y atención al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con orientación al cliente y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones, trabajar en equipo y gestionar prioridades.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva y orientada a la resolución de problemas y objetivos.
  • Nivel de inglés B2.
  • Usuario/a medio de Office; conocimientos de SAP y CRM (Salesforce) valorables.
