Operational Technology Support Engineer

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

•    Provide IT / OT support for local teams for the maintenance of hardware, software, automation systems and IT infrastructure, e.g. cyber security risk mitigations, vulnerability management, server migrations, software updates, etc.
•    Support OT Cyber Security related activities within Corp. ME
•    Collaborate with Global IT and OT Cyber Security teams to ensure global security policies are adhered to for IT / OT
•    Work with IT / OT Cyber security teams to manage and mitigate vulnerabilities
•    Actively work with 3rd party vendors, local suppliers and providers to ensure they are meeting service levels (requirements and quality)
•    Actively work with 3rd party vendors to address vulnerabilities and security issues discovered, and ensure vulnerabilities and security patches are applied on OT assets
•    Develop and maintain documentation relating to network and all assigned systems
•    Ensure vulnerability monitoring system for OT is continuously updated and kept inline with Sonova global vulnerability management processes
•    Act as an ambassador of OT Cyber security and risk matters; promote information security risk awareness and build cyber secure culture globally across OT and OPS stakeholders
•    Facilitate tasks between Operations, Infrastructure & IT regarding OT Security improvements actions
