Accounting Specialist
The Accounting Specialist ensures all Accounts Payable transactions are processed accurately and timely while supporting shared services finance operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls across multiple reporting entities.
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and cross-charges for key reporting entities, ensuring accuracy and timely booking of AP transactions
• Support the Purchasing Card program and Travel and Expense (T&E) management process
• Maintain financial records through proper filing, scanning, and documentation controls
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
• Collaborate within the finance team to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies
More about you:
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Experience with SAP preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $69,120 - $86,400 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
