Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role serves as a central point of contact, supporting leaders and employees through effective coordination, communication, and organization.
Responsibilities:
• Provide front-desk and administrative support, including greeting visitors and managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• Support managers and senior leaders with correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation
• Plan, organize, and schedule meetings in-office, off-site, and via virtual platforms
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
• Maintain filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and office inventory
• Order office supplies and coordinate food deliveries for meetings and events
• Support workflow improvements by following and refining standard operating procedures
More about you:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• Proven administrative experience in an office environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Comfortable learning and using new software, tools, and systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Prior experience in office management or expense tracking is an asset
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $64,000 – $80,000 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
