Facilities Management Associate
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Facilities Management Associate to support general building maintenance, equipment repairs, vendor coordination, and facility operations across Sonova’s Aurora locations. This role will assist with indoor and outdoor maintenance, preventative maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and facility support needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support general facility maintenance for both the AODC and 750 buildings, including building systems, infrastructure, and equipment needs
• Assist with equipment services, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance within the operations building
• Provide daily oversight of janitorial services and help supervise outside contractors during facility work, repairs, or installations
• Support EH&S and Environmental Management System activities, including OSHA-related compliance and required facility documentation
• Assist with waste handling, chemical waste support, spill management, office furniture moves, and related documentation
• Participate in on-call facilities support, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and after-hours maintenance needs as required
More about you:
• High school diploma required; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or a related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial building, equipment maintenance, or facilities maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and external contractors
• Experience with Microsoft Office required; CMMS or BAS experience preferred
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $51,360 – $64,200 . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
