HR Coordinator
Sonova is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support HR operations at Phonak LLC. In this role, you’ll manage key HR processes such as onboarding, payroll/benefits coordination, compliance reporting, and employee support, ensuring an efficient and compliant HR environment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee records

Support payroll, benefits, and leave of absence administration

Maintain compliance with employment laws and audits (EEOC, OSHA, AAP)

Manage HR systems and employee data (SuccessFactors, LMS)

Assist with reporting, recognition programs, and training logistics
Qualifications
-
Earning a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

3+ years of HR operations or payroll/benefits experience

Strong organizational, communication, and system skills

Experience with HRIS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed is required for hybrid work.
