Manager, Channel Analytics
Are you energized by turning complex data into clear insights that drive real business impact? We’re looking for a Manager, Channel Analytics to lead a team of three Sales Analysts and elevate our sales reporting, performance visibility, and operational excellence. This role blends analytical leadership with hands-on sales operations, supporting our channel teams with the insights and tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Analysts to deliver accurate, actionable sales reporting and insights.
- Analyze sales performance across multiple data sources (SAP, BW, Salesforce) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with sales channel leaders to understand market dynamics and communicate analytical findings.
- Oversee monthly sales reporting for key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Manage core sales operations functions such as territory planning, commission calculations, and quota management.
- Drive continuous improvement in data integrity, reporting automation, dashboard/tool development, and business intelligence adoption.
- Serve as the organization’s analytics subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or professional designation is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, sales operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience leading and mentoring a team is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in SAP, BW, Salesforce, Cognos, BusinessObjects, or similar tools considered an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset paired with an insatiable curiosity to understand the “why.”
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $88,000-$110,000 – 132,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
