Marketing Communications Manager

Purpose of role: Responsibility for brand and communication marketing strategy for the Unitron business

Main Tasks and Responsibities:

  • Develop and implement brand and marketing communication strategies to drive awareness, growth and engagement
  • Execute and analyze campaigns across traditional and digital media
  • Reinforce brand positioning, increase loyalty and enhance Unitron brand image through customer experience initiatives
  • Management of content, analytics and KPIs for digital communication channels, including website, social media, email marketing and B2B blog
  • Increase brand awareness through public and media relations
  • Implement integrated sales & marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, generate B2B leads and drive market share growth
  • Work with global brand communication team to localize and develop promotional material
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, audiology and Sonova-shared resources
  • Day to day support of local sales organization with marketing related requirements
  • Assist in other marketing related initiatives
  • Travel up to 20% (post covid)



Education and Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree required,
  • PR or Marketing Communications degree preferred
  • 3-5 years brand marketing and/or PR/marketing communications experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional and cross-brand partnerships
  • Creative writing skills
  • Brand Strategy
  • Communication planning and content development
  • Experience with Hootsuite and preferred
  • Motivated to collaborate
