Materials Associate I
The Materials Associate I will perform materials / logistics related functions in order to support the manufacturing and distribution of Hearing Aids, FM Systems and Accessories.
Responsibilities:
• Perform order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and invoicing
• Support light assembly work (RIC, Battery Label, BTE Recasing)
• Inspect products, identify defects, and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Contribute to process improvements and help achieve team goals
More about you:
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or receiving
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable using small tools, computers, and following work instructions
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is $18.25 an hour
