Administrative Assistant - Member Services OSH (Part-time)

Administrative Assistant - Member Services – One Source Hearing (part-time)

 

Purpose of role: The Member Services Specialist will support its member network within the company, through its ongoing day-to-day operations.

As part of the Member Services Team, the Member Service Specialist supports OneSource accounts on all initiatives while providing exceptional and outstanding customer support on every level. This position serves as the liaison between member accounts and the various functional areas within the company  as a point of contact for healthcare professionals to call on for questions, concerns, and new business inquiries.

 

This is a Part-Time position

Main Tasks and Responsibities:      

  • Communicate and work collaboratively with various internal departments to provide support, solve related issues, and ensure the success of the OneSource customer
  • Manage of inbound phone calls and requests to engage with customer needs related to day-to-day operations (invoicing, billing, etc)
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Actively liaise with members on execution of member solutions such as OMS, marketing programs etc.
  • Manage OneSource Hearing social media activity and presence.
  • Coordinate OneSource Hearing presence at trade events.
  • Perform data entry into Navision System for all incoming invoices from outside vendors and suppliers
  • Work internally with accounting department regarding any orders or billing related issues
  • Support sales growth by helping drive strategic initiatives with OneSource member accounts
  • Assist in generating sales leads or other requests from supervisor
  • All duties as assigned

 

 

Education and Skillset:

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Self-motivated
  • Focus on building strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Experience with CRM systems (salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
