Sales Analyst
Purpose of role:
We are seeking a Sales Analyst to drive sales growth at our expanding U.S. headquarters in Aurora, Illinois. You will collaborate closely with our field sales teams to identify and track opportunities that increase Phonak’s shop share, reduce customer churn, and develop new sales avenues. Responsibilities:

Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating insights to the Senior Management Team.

Conduct channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Proactively monitor sales performance to identify and act on improvement opportunities.

Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Region Directors to complete quarterly business reviews for Senior Management.

Perform financial modeling and analysis for customer pricing proposals.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to implement, track, and analyze promotions.

Support annual sales budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.

Recommend and support enhancements to business intelligence tools (SAP BW, Salesforce).

Communicate findings effectively, tailoring messaging for diverse audiences.
More about you:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of relevant experience in sales analytics or related roles.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, PowerPivot); familiarity with Access is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Experience with SAP BW and Salesforce preferred.

Self-starter with curiosity and accountability to drive measurable results.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $70K to $85K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
