Current pay: $85,000-100,000 annually plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Hybrid Position-1 to 2 days a week in the office

Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
Job Description
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis, developing financial models, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecast.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Ad-hoc Analysis and Reporting:
- Support ad-hoc requests from management and internal customers, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specific business issues, such as profitability, pricing or market trends.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Certification(s):
- Not applicable
- Industry/Product Knowledge Required:
- Hearing healthcare industry knowledge, preferred
- Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate FP&A role.
- Advanced database modeling, report creation and report generation experience
