Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement
Sonova is looking for a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the implementation of Lean methodologies and drive efficiency improvements across manufacturing and back-office processes. This role will work closely with department leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure improvements align with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Process Optimization: Use tools like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S to identify and implement efficiency gains.
- Collaboration: Work with manufacturing and department leaders to achieve productivity goals and create Kaizen teams for improvement initiatives.
- Coaching & Reporting: Provide leadership and coaching to project teams, report progress to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Visual Management: Establish visual management systems to track and report on improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in a continuous improvement environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Lean Certification required, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

This role's pay range is between: $117,500 – $120 000 annually
