Senior Manager, Demand Planning Manager

Demand Planning, Senior Manager
Lead demand planning strategy for the North America Hearing Instrument business, ensuring optimal alignment between supply and demand. This role drives operational efficiency and supports business growth through data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve North America’s demand planning processes and tools, aligned with global standards
- Manage monthly forecasting cycle: update tools, validate data in SAP APO, and consolidate forecasts from sales channels
- Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes of deviations, and report insights to stakeholders
- Develop demand plans for new product launches and monitor performance using KPIs
- Act as key user of SAP APO, supporting data analytics, tool maintenance, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-powered efficiencies
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and support strategic planning efforts
- Other duties as assigned
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management or similar
- Further education in Supply Chain Management / Demand Planning a plus
- 8+ years in Supply Chain Management or Demand Planning
- 8+ years in analytical roles with relevant exposure to Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Planning / Demand Planning and strong data analytics experience
- Project Management experience a plus
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Results-driven, process-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP APO and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $124,000-$150,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
