Software Manager (Hybrid)

Software Manager

Define innovation and future software requirements for Sonova US markets through deep market understanding while ensuring new and existing software products are well-integrated into the Sonova digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as product expert for Sonova US B2B/B2C software
  • Collect customer feedback and support the definition of strategic solutions for new app functionality, development, and technology barriers.
  • Support marketing team by providing expert insight into benefits of software solutions
  • Innovate on software delivery methodologies
  • Explore health data market by understanding Sonova product capabilities and seeking integration opportunities with the sales team
  • Manage local software deployments by analyzing changes and communicating to marketing team for customer communications
  • Create and drive Sonova US software adoption strategy
  • Analyze and measure software adoption efforts and usage through various web and app analytics
  • Support sales team in winning key account business by incorporating value of software solutions in RFPs and pitches
  • Maintain relationships with customer IT experts to ensure smooth operation of Sonova software solutions and integrations
  • Gather and convert user feedback and requirements into process improvement requests sent to the development team at corporate services level
  • Identify market problems by analyzing field team reports, replicating if possible, and reporting in detail to corporate services
  • Act as spokesperson for software solutions via marketing communications when appropriate (e.g. marketing videos, key -note presentations)
  • Provide Thought leadership around telehealth trends applicable to Audiology including regulatory changes

 More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years in a health tech or related industry,  Telehealth experienced required
  • Experience in Audiology Industry highly preferred
  • Experience with SalesForce, SAP and Office Management Systems
  • Project Management skills and strong process orientation
  • Understands digital experience for B2B and B2C customers

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $85,600 - $125,000 (compensation range depends on years of experience and location). This role is also bonus eligible.
