Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

 

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the end-to-end selection process and external pipeline building efforts for executive-level roles across multiple functions globally while partnering and advising the senior leadership (inc. Management Board and ExCo members) on critical hiring matters. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, assessing, and hiring the next generation of leaders at Sonova, ultimately driving the company’s key 2030 strategic priorities through impactful executive hiring decisions. 

 

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner role can be based either in our Alicante, Barcelona, Milan, or Warsaw office, with a hybrid work schedule.

 

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the hiring of a pre-selected population of senior leadership roles (top 250) from briefing meetings to offer extension (advisory, sourcing, selection, and offer negotiation).
  • Build, nurture, and manage external talent pipelines for business-critical roles to enhance succession bench strength.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, Talent CoE and global HRBPs to understand skill gaps and the readiness of internal pipelines in order to assess, define, and advise risk areas where external talent pipelines would be required.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (inc. MB and ExCo) to identify critical business needs, translate external benchmarks, and propose solutions for executive hiring-related challenges in line with strategic and organizational goals
  • Drive the external scouting management activities by optimizing the usage of all required channels (Social Networks, Candidate Databases, Professional Associations and Industry Conferences)
  • Provide market intelligence data to support talent strategy course corrections, and act as enterprise-wide subject matter expert on external talent trends and executive search strategies for senior stakeholders (VP up to MB) and HR.
 

 More about you:  

  • 8+ years of experience in executive or end-to-end leadership recruiting across global markets such as EMEA, APAC, and the Americas regions.

  • Proven track record in successfully collaborating and advising ExCo, Management Board and functional leadership teams on talent insights, market trends and critical hiring needs.

  • Confident in managing high-impact and critical hiring needs individually, with a major focus on talent sourcing, pipelining, and candidate assessment.

  • Data-driven, open-minded, with an affinity and interest in applying AI on a daily basis.

  • Fluent in English (other languages like German and French are a plus). 

  • Comfortable with tools like MS Office, ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), CRM (Phenom), and other recruiting platforms.
