Global Service Process Owner SAP
About the role
In this global role within Aftersales Service Operations, you will ensure that our ERP system is fully aligned with our business processes, enabling efficient, customer-centric service delivery worldwide. You will drive continuous improvement, lead process standardisation, and empower our teams through training and clear documentation.

More about the role
- Align global Aftersales Service processes with enterprise process architecture and ERP set-up
- Define, harmonise, and maintain global ERP service processes, SOPs, and related KPIs
- Act as a key interface between service operations and functions such as Finance, Engineering, SCM, SAP/IT, and Product teams
- Contribute functional expertise to SAP and IT projects to improve lead time, cost efficiency, and business model changes
- Support the development of aftersales service concepts for new products, channels, and business units and derive ERP system changes
- Lead and strengthen a global community of regional and local key users and process owners
- Drive process documentation, standardisation, training, and knowledge transfer globally
More about you
Essential
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of combined business and IT experience translating business needs into ERP-supported processes
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environment
- Strong background in change management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred
- Project management qualification or experience
- Additional language skills (German and/or Spanish)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce.com, or reporting solutions
