Procurement Manager Accessories
As Procurement Manager for Accessories, you will play a pivotal role in driving value, innovation, and competitive advantage across our global procurement organization. Acting as procurement lead for a defined Accessories sub-category, you will translate category strategy into tangible commercial results through world-class sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.

More about the role:
- Own and drive the procurement strategy for the Accessories sub-category (e.g., prefabricated cables, programming accessories, battery chargers and related electronic components)
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end, from supplier selection and onboarding to contract negotiation and performance management
- Deliver measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead supplier negotiations and implement robust, fit-for-purpose contracts aligned with business objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with technical, financial, and operational stakeholders globally to align sourcing plans with demand and strategy
- Actively manage supplier performance, segmentation, and long-term relationship development
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Solid experience in direct procurement, ideally within electronic devices or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of implementing category strategies in a global organization
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success delivering savings and resolving supplier performance or supply chain challenges
- Experience leading negotiations and managing contracts with international suppliers
- Analytical, results-driven, and confident influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in English
