Como Sales Representative, serás responsable de la gestión comercial de las marcas del Grupo Sonova en tu zona asignada: Aragón, Lleida, Girona y Barcelona. Actuarás como socio estratégico de nuestros clientes, desarrollando relaciones sólidas y aportando soluciones de valor en colaboración con equipos internos locales y globales. A cambio de tu orientación a resultados, capacidad relacional y enfoque analítico, encontrarás un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y con amplias oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, contribuyendo directamente a mejorar la experiencia auditiva de las personas.


More about the role

 

  • Gestionar la actividad comercial de la zona asignada conforme al plan de negocio
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con centros independientes y grupos de compra especializados
  • Presentar y demostrar productos, destacando sus características y beneficios
  • Coordinar y dar respuesta a solicitudes multifuncionales en colaboración con Sonova HQ y las empresas del grupo
  • Participar en negociaciones de contratos, precios y conceptos de marketing
  • Analizar ventas, costes y previsiones, contribuyendo a la preparación del presupuesto anual
  • Utilizar y mantener actualizada la información en Salesforce para una gestión comercial eficaz


More about you

 

  • Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en entornos B2B o sector salud / tecnología
  • Alta orientación al cliente y habilidades de comunicación y negociación
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y organizada, gestionando rutas y visitas comerciales
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos multifuncionales
  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas y manejo de herramientas CRM (Salesforce deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas presenciales y virtuales de forma recurrente
