Senior HR Ops Analytics Specialist

As a Senior HR Operations Analytics Specialist, you will drive data-informed decision-making across global HR Operations, supporting performance optimization across our Shared Service Centers. You will analyze service performance, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that enhance service quality, efficiency, and employee experience.

More about the role:

 

  • Monitor and analyze HR Operations performance globally, including service quality, efficiency, and customer experience 
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across regional Shared Service Centers 
  • Define and continuously improve KPIs and performance metrics 
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards in ServiceNow and Power BI 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting sources 
  • Deliver clear insights and data storytelling through reports, dashboards, and presentations 


More about you:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, ideally within HR or service operations in a global environment 
  • Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI) 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of service performance metrics and KPI frameworks 
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or automation use cases in analytics (e.g., predictive insights, process optimization)
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
