Website Strategy & Content Manager

Are you passionate about digital storytelling and brand strategy? Join Sonova’s HI Marketing team as our Website Strategy & Content Manager, where you’ll take ownership of Phonak.com and lead the development of engaging, high-performing content across digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, eager to shape the future of our digital presence through innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the strategy, structure, and performance of Phonak.com as a key digital touchpoint
  • Lead and execute the content strategy for product launches across digital platforms
  • Drive a 360° omnichannel approach, integrating email, web, and social media campaigns
  • Identify and implement website enhancements in collaboration with IT and product teams
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to support SEO and business goals
  • Oversee annual content updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
  • Monitor SEO performance and guide teams on best practices
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver a balanced, engaging content mix

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of global experience in marketing, branding, or customer experience
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
  • Proven project management skills across multiple digital channels
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, Acrobat Creative Cloud / Photoshop / SAP; digital tools including, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud are highly valued
  • Passionate about digital innovation and enhancing brand experiences
