Order Entry Officer
As our Order Entry Officer you will be a typing whiz. You will be required to enter orders into our SAP system with speed and accuracy. Your day can be repetitive but the environment is fun and inclusive. Every day will be a rewarding day as the work you do helps transform the hearing experience of millions of people which will give you meaning.
More about the role:
- Receive and unpack inbound sales and service orders
- Data entry of sales and service orders into our order management database system
- Create delivery documents for service orders, and pack for delivery
- Meeting strict quality control standards
- Ensuring the work area and work practices are safe
- This is an entry level role where full training on our products will be provided
- You will be required to work out of our office on a full time basis
More about you:
- experience working in a similar role
- strong computer skills, preferably with SAP experience
- attention to detail
- ability to thrive in a fast pace working environment
- background in hearing or healthcare industry is preferred but not essential
- adaptable as we implement new processes and products
- a desire to keep our customers happy
- full, unrestricted work rights
