Job Purpose

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Strategic Sales & trade, channel marketing planning base on market situations and competitor directions to enhance company benefits.
  • Define Tmall channel GTM strategy, lead Tmall channel sales team to execute against the plan.
  • Work with Tmall channel sales team to settle down quarterly/monthly/weekly online operation plan and achieve assigned yearly sales goals in responsible Channels.
  • Be part of decision maker to drive the promotion plan.
  • Responsible for new product launch plan in Tmall channel.
  • Operations team management, coordination and communication, setting work priorities.
  • Resource submission for Tmall channel activities.
  • Control of online shop activities schedule: create schedule form: daily price/promotional price/key SKUs/interest points/offers/interest-free, Prepare current & future market & product forecast& reports, feedback and analysis.
  • Develop the new online channel like Kuaishou etc
  • Continuously drive the Tmall channel and new assigned online channel operation excellence and upgrade the team against the GTM plan.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related major.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MNC consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Solid work experience in sales / operation management in audio / electronics company or similar online sales channels and be familiar with their working models.
  • Manager grade for 2-3 years.
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, Proficient in MS office, especially Excel & Powerpoint
  •  

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Have the network and resources for dealers / distributors / TP.

Good oral English is a plus.
