Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and savvy Commercial Marketing Manager passionate about sound, music & tech to manage our marketing activities on social commerce platforms and retail stores in China in a fast-paced work environment. You will oversee the development of company’s marketing strategy on emerging social commerce platforms, the implementation and evaluation of marketing activities to drive new business growth.
The Marketing Manager, Commercial lives the vision of the Group, she/he makes sure all activities optimize brand awareness and positioning, performance, profit and growth of the organization, while enforcing good governance and accountability.

Primary Job Responsibilities
|

- Define marketing strategy and develop a customer-centric marketing plan that influences customers and prospects along the sales cycle and drives business results.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching new technologies, customer willingness, markets, and competitors.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality in all marketing initiatives.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales on social commerce platforms, including but not limited to Douyin, RED, Dewu, etc.
- Work closely with sales team in empowering distributors to develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to enhance our brand position and thought leadership on social commerce platforms.
- Accountable for retail marketing campaigns to achieve sales target.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
- Work closely with other colleagues in GC marketing team on the planning and execution of specific projects if needed.
- Support Head of Marketing, GC on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
|
Minimum Qualifications
|
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as marketing professional
- A deep understanding and rich experience of social commerce platforms and retail stores with proven track record.
- Experience in providing sound, strategic recommendations.
- A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally.
- Ability to handle pressure and work well under to strict deadlines.
- Creative, and strong problem-solving skills with a flexible can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
- Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
