Senior Manager Leadership Development
As part of our journey to elevate Learning and raise Leadership Excellence at Sonova, we’re now looking for a passionate and hands-on expert in all things related to Leadership Development. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development within the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead, design and facilitate best-in-class leadership development experiences for Sonova People Leaders globally, working in close collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders.
Your tasks
- Develop, design and facilitate group and customized leadership programs/journeys and workshops including assessment, 360° feedback debriefs and coaching throughout various experience levels
- Act as a strategic L&D partner with senior leaders and local HR teams to understand business needs and contribute to relevant, integrated learning and leadership development solutions to support business strategies and critical business needs
- Champion a learning culture that focuses on putting the customer at the heart of learning strategies and policies, and create solutions that drive engagement, performance, productivity and innovation
- Provide seamless integration of face to face and online workshop facilitation with the use and advancement of learning technologies, building and leveraging Sonova Learning Management System
- Build and implement specific initiatives for talents and strategic capabilities in focus (critical skills, succession planning, diverse talents)
- Keep abreast of the external market place and latest industry thinking to support the vision of being ‘most admired’; strive to develop world class leadership development and experiential learning
- Ensure appropriate controls and reporting are in place to manage resources, planning, budgets, risk and compliance processes and demonstrate business impact
Your profile
- University degree in psychology, human resource management or business administration with an additional diploma in coaching, mentoring or instructional design
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing business impactful learnings and leadership development solutions supported by state of the art technology in a global context, preferably in lean and continuous improvement cultures
- Hands-on experience with team effectiveness, assessments and 360° feedback tools
- Pragmatic mindset coupled with a proactive can-do attitude
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills across all seniority levels
- Strong internal consulting skills with the ability to champion and influence change as well as robust project management capabilities for seamless execution of transformative initiatives
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
