Digital Product Analyst (m/f/d)
About the role
As a Digital Product Analyst (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and optimising the digital experiences across 18 group brands. Working within our HQ Digital Marketing team, you act as the bridge between business, marketing, UX, and technology — translating business needs into clear product requirements and actionable insights.

- Analyse and optimise end-to-end digital journeys, including websites, online booking, lead generation, and conversion flows
- Use digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, FullStory, Hotjar) to monitor performance, identify friction points, and recommend improvements
- Translate business goals into clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Own and prioritise product backlogs for specific digital journeys or features
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Support delivery activities including sprint planning, refinement, testing, and UAT
- Track the impact of changes and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
More about you
- Proven experience in a digital product, business analyst, or optimisation role
- Strong ability to analyse customer journeys and complex business processes
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar or similar
- Comfortable writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments is a plus
- Exposure to CMS platforms, booking engines, CRM-based conversion flows, or A/B testing is an advantage
