As our new Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), you will drive our global strategy to improve conversion along the full online customer journey — transforming awareness into meaningful engagement and high-quality leads. Your expertise in digital product management, UX, and conversion optimisation will directly shape how millions of people experience our online ecosystem.

- Lead the team of senior and independent CRO specialists, help them develop, support and set them up for success.
- Lead the end-to-end optimisation strategy for global lead-generation funnels — from first ad impression to CRM communication after lead creation.
- Drive continuous UX improvements through research, A/B testing, and iterative design.
- Oversee digital product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Manage and evolve our MarTech stack to enable efficient campaign execution and accurate measurement.
- Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks to power product analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Country teams to deliver high-impact digital projects.
- Represent Product & Optimization to senior leadership, sharing insights, progress, and strategic recommendations.
More about you
- 7+ years’ experience in CRO and digital product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business results.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, UX principles, conversion optimisation and MarTech ecosystems.
- Skilled in CRM systems, A/B testing tools, CMS platforms, and landing-page optimization.
- Experience with lead-generation funnels; healthcare or hearing-care industry exposure is a plus.
- Experience with P&L ownership, revenue management, and Agile frameworks is an advantage
