Junior Growth Marketing Manager
As a Junior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with experienced performance marketers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, data analysis, and digital growth strategies.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, and implementing optimization ideas
- Contribute to testing initiatives, including ad creatives, messaging, and landing page improvements
- Help prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and technical teams to support successful campaign execution
- Stay curious and proactive in learning new digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
- Exchange knowledge with colleagues across teams and markets and actively contribute ideas for improvement
Your Profile
- 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field (internships or working student experience are welcome)
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media channels
- Interest in data analysis and performance optimization
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Piwik, PowerBI) is a plus but not required
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
