Search & Content Strategy Manager (m/f/d)
Working within our global digital ecosystem across 18+ international markets, you will lead the evolution of search and content strategy in the era of AI-powered discovery. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve how our content is created, optimized and discovered across search engines and AI-driven experiences.

• Own and evolve the global search and content optimization strategy across international markets
• Build a data-driven view of content performance, quality, gaps and optimization opportunities across the website ecosystem
• Drive the transition from traditional SEO towards AI-first discoverability, including semantic optimization and LLM-focused content approaches
• Define scalable frameworks, standards and best practices for content quality, localization and optimization workflows
• Leverage tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Screaming Frog SEO Spider to identify high-impact opportunities
• Collaborate with country teams, agencies, engineering and analytics stakeholders to drive alignment and implementation of best practices
• Measure and communicate impact through KPIs linked to visibility, traffic, engagement and business outcomes
More about you
• 7+ years of experience leading SEO and content strategy across international or multi-market environments
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site structure and structured data implementation
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Experience building scalable governance models, frameworks, content standards or optimization programs adopted across teams
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data and complexity into actionable priorities
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, localization and content stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
