Senior Manager Software Development

As Senior Manager Software Development, you will solve some of the core business problems and play a pivotal role in to serve our customers better across multiple markets. As a key contributor to a smaller, yet quickly expanding team, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

 

Your tasks:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for your engineering team
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Lead the design and development of effective solutions leveraging current technical landscape; provide special attention for integration of marketing technologies
  • Guide, mentor and inspire colleagues within team and across functions fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during software development lifecycle
  • Actively contribute to software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews to maintain code quality and technical proficiency
  • Oversee the execution of projects / initiatives / use cases together with business stakeholders, ensuring that they are delivered on time
  • Prepare technical documentation, including solution diagrams, architecture designs, integration and configuration details

 

Your profile:

  • 8+ years professional experience in software development in JS ecosystem and/or implementing technical solutions for business(es) within minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Actively worked with business stakeholders across functions i.e., Marketing, Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Operations, etc., and have a strong affinity to solve business problems
  • Proven experience leading and motivating engineering teams
  • Passion for building high-quality software and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Effectively carried out complex projects with high attention to detail
  • Have a solid understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure or AWS
  • Professional experience writing TypeScript, and Terraform
