Sr. Manager Software Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Manager Software Engineering to drive the development and delivery of digital therapeutics solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, align global stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant execution of digital health projects that improve lives.

 


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of digital health projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical, regulatory)
  • Translate business and clinical needs into technical roadmaps
  • Manage scope, resources, timelines, and risks using agile/hybrid methods
  • Ensure compliance with ISO13485, GDPR, MDR, and other standards
  • Facilitate structured communication and documentation
  • Support release readiness, QA, and regulatory audits
  • Ensure adherence to Sonova’s software development procedures

 


Your Profile

 

  • 7+ years of solid technical project/program management in software or health tech
  • Experience managing mobile or SaaS development projects
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with cross-platform app development
  • Proven knowledge and experience of leading a team of app developers
  • Exposure to medical device software (Class IIa/IIb)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving requirements
