Supplier Quality Engineer (Remote)
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll support the team in streamlining reporting activities and addressing current pain points in our worldwide production facilities. With over 7,000 suppliers globally, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance and communication across all locations, preventing repeated issues and enhancing overall efficiency.
In this position, you’ll manage the deviations for supplier parts by incoming inspection results, document and update supplier complaint messages, and coordinate needed action items to ensure continuous supply of material. You’ll also support the implementation of tools for daily management and reporting.
It’s a remote position and you should be based in Germany.

Your tasks
- Support supplier quality assurance and control activities and implement performance indicators to ensure compliance with international regulations
- Document, update and track supplier complaint records, create supplier quality key indicators, and corresponding reports
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of supplier quality meetings
- Process 8D reports and coordinate all related activities with the respective departments
- Conduct failure and root-cause analyses and develop solution strategies in collaboration with specialist departments, coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventative actions
- Align and harmonize processes in a growing quality organization, eliminating redundancies and standardizing processes
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing environment (experience with medical devices is a big plus)
- Practical experience in the Supplier Quality Management field
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Proven ability to drive continuous process improvements, strong prioritization skills, familiarity with navigating changing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP-Q. MS Office skills
- Fluency in both English and German
