Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in CRM- and lifecycle-marketing while making a real impact on the marketing efforts of an international company? Then become part of our Marketing team!


Your Responsibilities

 

  • Supporting the Senior CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM- and lifecycle-campaigns (e.g. email, WhatsApp)
  • Collaborating on data-driven customer journeys to increase engagement, retention, and growth
  • Gaining deep insights into the world of CRM marketing at Sonova
  • Creating marketing copy for various target groups and channels
  • Quality assurance and performance monitoring of ongoing campaigns
  • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, and Data & Analytics teams

 

Your Profile

 

  • Enrolled student in communications, business, or humanities - comparable study programs are also welcome
  • Careful and independent working style
  • Analytical mindset - able to derive concrete actions from data
  • Strong team player with high initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, and curious
