Audiologist - Buderim
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our team in Buderim, Sunshine Coast.
This role is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

What will you be doing?
- A highly varied caseload working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.
- Help clients with their hearing problems by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options and to address the client’s difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.
- Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
- Meet our clients’ needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
- Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Take part in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in adult rehabilitation.
- Experience with paediatric audiology and implantables will be highly regarded (but not essential)
- A relevant qualification in Audiology.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Must have full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
- Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
- Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
- A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
- An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
- A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
