Au sein de notre laboratoire de correction auditive de DIJON

 

Tu souhaites mettre en pratique ta formation d’audioprothésiste au sein d’une équipe engagée, bienveillante et tournée vers l’innovation ?
Rejoins-nous pour une alternance où accompagnement, expertise et relation patient sont au cœur du quotidien.

 

Tes missions :

Aux côtés de ton/ta maître d’apprentissage, tu participes pleinement à la vie du centre et au suivi de nos patients.

👂 Accompagnement des patients

  • Participation aux bilans auditifs et tests de dépistage.
  • Suivi des patients lors des essais et réglages des aides auditives.
  • Explications, conseils d'utilisation et accompagnement au quotidien.

🔧 Technique & maintenance

  • Préparation, contrôle et réglage des aides auditives.
  • Participation à la prise d’empreintes.
  • Nettoyage, diagnostic et petites réparations.

🤝 Relation patient & administratif

  • Accueil, écoute et accompagnement personnalisé.
  • Participation à la gestion des dossiers patients et au suivi administratif.
  • Prise de rendez-vous, gestion du planning et contribution à la qualité de service.

🚀 Vie du centre

  • Participation aux animations locales, journées dépistage.
  • Collaboration avec l’équipe et découverte du fonctionnement complet d’un centre auditif.

 

Ton profil :

  • Préparation de la 2e année du DE d’audioprothèse
  • Motivé(e), curieux(se) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la relation patient.
  • Envie d’apprendre, de progresser et de s’investir dans une équipe solidaire.
  • Rigueur, empathie et sens du service indispensables.
