Comptable

Les missions principales sont d'assurer la gestion globale des immobilisations et des loyers, la validation des achats avec le service et traitement des frais de fonctionnement. Et la révision des comptes périodiques et annuelles.

 

Immobilisations: 

  • Traitement des factures CAPEX dans Docuware
  • Traitement des dotations immobilisations logiciel CADOR
  • Traitements divers SAGE / CADOR

 

Loyers:

  • Gestion loyers / charges locatives/ taxe foncière
  • Intégration fichier dans SAGE
  • Ecritures reporting

 

Achats et divers services:

  • Validation des achats mensuels avec service achat
  • Saisie factures achats fournisseurs non EDI
  • Etablir factures commissions fabricants + enregistrement dans SAGE
  • Extraire et envoyer les relevés fabricants
  • Traitement des factures OPEX dans Docuware et SAGE

 

Révisions:

  • Révision des comptes liées aux achats et divers services
  • Tâches annuelles liées aux différents domaines d’action en vue de la clôture des comptes
