Are you someone who loves helping others and solving problems? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you!
As our Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for patients who need support with their hearing devices. You’ll chat with them, figure out what’s wrong, and make sure they get the best possible service. Whether it’s troubleshooting issues, handling orders and returns, supporting families and carers, you’ll be making a real difference in their lives.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Great at communicating and making people feel heard
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using IT systems (SAP, Salesforce, Radius—don’t worry, we’ll help you learn!)
- Fluent in English (bonus points if you know another language!)
- Adaptable and cool under pressure
