About the Role:

Are you ready to take the helm in shaping the financial landscape of Boots Hearingcare? We're seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our team and drive excellence in financial insights and strategy.

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with multiple departments to provide comprehensive insights into our financial landscape. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, forecasting future performance, and working alongside team members to evaluate potential initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in keeping key stakeholders informed, driving strategic changes, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Link financial analytics to business performance, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and ensure financial data informs our business strategies.
• Support operations in understanding revenue and profitability, deliver accurate financial forecasting, and identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Maintain robust relationships with senior managers, collaborate across departments, and drive positive outcomes through effective teamwork.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to drive decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and business growth
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making

Person Specification:

• Full or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experience in a similar role.
• Strategic mindset: Ability to see beyond numbers and inspire action.
• Strong soft skills: Presentation, relationship building,  facilitation & prioritisation of work
• Project management skills: Coordinate and drive initiatives.
