Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with various departments to create an in-depth picture of our finances. Your role will involve analysing financial reports, creating financial forecasts, collaborating with team members, and assessing potential initiatives. You’ll be responsible for updating key stakeholders, implementing changes, and maintaining accurate records.

 

 

  1. Improving Financial & Commercial Insights:
    • Link financial analytics to business performance.
    • Provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure financial data informs our business strategies.
  2. Effective Forecasting & modelling:
    • Support business operations to understand both revenue and profitability of current, future and prospective initiatives.
    • Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasting.
    • Initiate reviews and identify opportunities for change to meet operational, commercial, and financial targets.
  3. Building Strong Partnerships:
    • Maintain robust relationships with senior managers and their teams.
    • Collaborate across departments to drive positive outcomes.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Full or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or qualified by experience in a similar role.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to see beyond numbers and inspire action.
  • Strong soft skills: Presentation, relationship building,  facilitation & prioritisation of work
  • Project management skills: Coordinate and drive initiatives.
