HR Manager - Shared Service

HR Manager - Shared Service – Llandudno, North Wales

As HR Manager, your role will entail:

 

  • Reporting to the HR Director and leading a team of HR generalists, providing a HR support to colleagues across the UK and ROI
  • Creating a culture where people can be their best through policy and practices
  • Being responsible for recruiting colleagues who fit our culture and being seen as a Brand Ambassador
  • Ensuring that we create a pipeline of talent for key roles
  • Demonstrating care for the work and wellbeing of those who report to you and the wider impact of your department’s deliverables
  • Facilitating innovation by anticipating change and applying out of the box thinking to solutions
  • Building, leading and inspiring the best teams to deliver excellence
  • Striving for excellence by working with agility to continually improve services and processes
  • Acting with integrity and taking accountability to deliver outcomes in the agreed quality and time

 

As our HR Manager - Shared Service, you should have:

 

  • CIPD member
  • Degree qualified together with solid experience of employment law and application
  • Experience in the recruitment for skill shortage occupations
  • Experience of retail especially in health services would be ideal
