We are now looking for a friendly, proactive Administration Officer who wants to make a real difference every day.

What the Role Looks Like

 

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported from the moment they walk in the door. Each day brings something different, and you’ll enjoy a blend of customer service and administrative responsibilities, including: 

  • Managing appointment bookings and daily schedules
  • Greeting clients and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to enquiries from clients and clinicians
  • Handling phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and product servicing
  • Processing billing, invoicing and general administrative duties
