About the Role (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

As a Cluster Manager, you will operate under the leadership of a Senior Regional Sales Manager, providing hands-on leadership across multiple clinics. This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity where you will focus on supporting and developing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

 

You will spend the majority of your time in clinics, coaching and mentoring colleagues, embedding best practice, and ensuring KPIs and budgets are consistently achieved. This cluster covers the following locations:

  • Amersham Opticians
  • Covent Garden
  • Kensington World of Hearing
  • Knightsbridge
  • London – Enfield BUK
  • London – Sedley Place (Oxford St)
  • Uxbridge – Chimes Centre
  • Watford – INTU

As a Cluster Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire multi-site teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Support and develop colleagues through coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
  • Drive operational performance, ensuring KPIs, budgets, and service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Support Office teams to deliver strategic business priorities.
  • Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Uphold and champion the values of Boots Hearingcare in every clinic.

 

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in hearing care.
  • Proven track record of exceeding commercial targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills (multi-site experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer care and operational excellence.
