The position
Today we are looking for a Digital Expert / Digital Marketing Manager to reinforce our passionate and innovative Marketing Team in Groot-Bijgaarden (hybrid work setup that includes the flexibility of remote work). As Digital Expert, you'll orchestrate an exhilarating digital symphony, driving our brand's online presence to new heights. You'll craft and execute an engaging content strategy across various digital platforms, amplifying our brand's voice and enhancing lead generation. Supported by a dynamic team, you'll spearhead initiatives from coordinating digital campaigns to managing web traffic and everything in between.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Crafting a compelling digital media and social strategy 
  • Ensuring a seamless lead generation journey 
  • Managing web traffic to boost online presence 
  • Collaborating with agencies and partners for maximum impact 
  • Mastering budget allocation across online channels 
  • Monitoring performance metrics and leveraging cutting-edge tools 
  • Implementing HQ initiatives on a digital level 
  • Troubleshooting challenges with agility 
  • Overseeing CMS and online tools management
  • Staying ahead of digital trends to drive innovation
  • Maximize lead generation true different online channels 

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Digital Marketing 
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English 
  • Sharp analytical skills with an eye for detail 
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent sales skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach 
  • Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement
