Voor ons Lapperre hoorcentrum in Genk (Dieplaan), zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een GEHOORCONSULENT.

Een gehoorconsulent, wat is dat? Dat is zorgen voor mensen! 

Iedereen die een Lapperre hoorcentrum binnen stapt, helpen we verder met de grootste zorg. Onze gehoorconsulenten verzorgen het eerste contact met de klanten en doen er alles aan om hen een optimale beleving te geven.

  • Jouw empathish vermogen is onuitputtelijk - Je onthaalt de klanten hartelijk, een glimlach zal nooit achterwege blijven.
  • Je communiceert heerlijk helder - Je voert screeningshoortesten uit en geeft hen de nodige inlichtingen in verband met onze voorgestelde producten en diensten. 
  • Agenda’s beheren is kinderspel voor jou - Je tovert met het plannen van afspraken voor jezelf én je collega’s en je garandeert een strakke opvolging.
  • Nauwkeurig ben je als geen ander - Dankzij jouw puik beheer van de stock komen we nooit voor onaangename verrassingen te staan. Met oog voor detail volg je klantendossiers en facturatie nauwkeurig op.
