Today we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the regions of Vlaams Brabant and Limburg.
Your responsibilities :
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding sales and developing your teams in the region for which you are responsible. You will ensure the growth of the commitment and decisiveness of your teams to pursue and achieve the targets set annually.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Sales : increasing sales and growth in your sector by optimising the organisation and commercial development in that region:
- Analyzing opportunities in the sector and identifying development priorities
- Converting the sales objectives into an action and development plan for each shop
- lnsuring the follow-up and compliance with the various internal policies and sales models
- Analyzing the KPI and increasing the profitability of each shop
- Analyzing structural commercial problems and proposing solutions
- Guiding, motivating and inspiring your own team to take responsibility and achieve set targets independently
- Ensuring the transfer and exchange of necessary information to support sales objectives
- Talent management: being able to detect and develop the potential and skills of each employee to maximise everyone's commitment within the team and shops of the region.
- Offering the appropriate position depending on the evolution of employees' skills
- Setting up development plans to improve the individual skills of your team members
- Ensuring the proper integration of all employees into the team, especially new employees
- Coaching all team members, both as a group and individually, on areas identified as requiring further development
- Identifying high-potential profiles and defining a career succession strategy
- Capacity management: anticipate staffing and skills needs in the assigned region and ensure they are met.
- Developping annual and periodic workforce planning and participating in the recruitment process
- Establishing a strategy for internal mobility within its own teams
- Anticipating internal staff shifts and departures
- Acting proactively in terms of recruitment in the context of strategic and commercial changes
Your profile:
• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or in Audiology or other healthcare field.
• Experienced sales professional (7-10 years) with leadership background. Proven track record of managing multiple store locations, exceeding targets, and managing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and optimization.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching sales teams (preferably in healthcare or retail environment) for success.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Proficient in using analytics for sales performance tracking and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong communicator, adept at translating sales strategies to customer and employee centered actions. Fluent in Dutch and English, with French a plus.
• Experience in the retail or healthcare industry is a valuable asset.
