  • Nurturing relationships with potential candidates and engaging talent pools through targeted communication initiatives (e.g. newsletters and employer branding content).
  • Ensuring a positive, consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Coordinating audiology internships by aligning business needs, matching students with placements and ensuring follow-up with interns, supervisors and educational partners, including evaluations and feedback moments.
  • Supporting and strengthening campus recruitment initiatives through partnerships with schools and universities, student engagement and participation in events.
  • Coordinating student jobs by aligning with business needs and managing contacts with students and interim agencies, ensuring smooth planning, administration and onboarding.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with schools, universities, training institutes and external recruitment partners.
  • Planning and participating in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus events, presentations, speeddates and networking initiatives.
  • Contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing by creating and coordinating engaging content across different channels in collaboration with HR, Marketing and Communications.
  • Monitoring recruitment performance and KPIs, analyzing results and continuously improving recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Acting as a true Sonova/Lapperre ambassador towards candidates and external partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master’s degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing techniques.

  • A proactive and hands-on mindset combined with creativity and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, social media and recruitment tools.
  • A people-oriented, curious and positive attitude, with a strong team spirit and sense of ownership.

What we offer:

  • A full-time position with real impact, where you actively contribute to attracting and engaging future talent.
  • A competitive salary aligned with the market, complemented by an attractive benefits package (company car, meal vouchers, mobile phone, flex income plan, laptop, group and hospitalization insurance).
  • The opportunity to join a leading international group where innovation and quality improve people’s lives every day.
  • A warm, supportive and collaborative team environment where you feel valued and empowered.
