Global Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

As our Social Media Content Manager, you will develop and execute the content strategy for Sennheiser Consumer Products across all key social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversions.
You’ll work within a global environment — with a lot of freedom to experiment, propose ideas, and shape the future of our social media presence.
The position is a 1-year maternity leave cover contract.
 
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Manage end-to-end content creation and distribution: copywriting, editing, scheduling, and publishing
  • Shoot and produce vertical native social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for the brand
  • Report weekly performance via Sprout Social and native analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio)
  • Analyze KPIs and transform insights into actionable optimizations to boost engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Work closely with external agencies and creators to develop a creator-led content approach
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and platform evolutions — and bring innovative ideas forward
 
Your profile
 
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and other social media best practices
  • Ability to create digital-native social content (especially short-form video: Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts)
  • Skilled in analytics, reporting, and interpreting data-based insights
  • Highly proactive, with strong sense of ownership and a commitment to high-quality standards
  • Well-organized, able to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders, project management experience
  • Native-level English proficiency
